Absolute Caregivers is a woman owned and operated business with family core values. We have doubled our census every year and are looking for an experienced team leader to add to our South Bend office.
Job Overview:
The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to clients. This position is responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction among clients, their families, and care providers. The Branch Manager will also play a key role in business development, community outreach, and meeting performance goals for the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
- Manage the day-to-day operations.
- Supervise caregivers and office staff.
- Ensure timely and accurate tracking of documents.
- Ensure all staff are following agency processes.
Client and Family Support:
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other support personnel.
- Address and resolve client concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and main office administrative staff to ensure clients’ needs are met.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all services meet state and federal regulatory requirements, including Medicaid Waiver standards.
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to ensure the highest level of care is being provided.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety protocols, and other healthcare standards.
Staffing and Personnel Management:
- Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure a competent team of caregivers and office personnel.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development for staff.
- Schedule and manage staff to ensure adequate coverage for client needs.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within a healthcare or homecare setting.
- Knowledge of Medicaid Waiver programs and regulations in Indiana is required.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for client and staff management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
