Job Summary: As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and services to our clients. You will utilize your technical knowledge and customer service skills to ensure our clients receive the highest level of support. The ideal candidate will have experience with Office 365, excellent face-to-face customer interaction skills, and a solid technical background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support for clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist clients with the implementation and configuration of Office 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on client systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Document all service requests, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve service delivery.
- Provide training and support to clients on IT best practices and software usage.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience, preferably in a Managed Service Provider environment.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 and its various applications (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
- Excellent face-to-face customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various devices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.20 - $25.11 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
