Treatment Coordinator
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will work closely with patients on various treatment plans, perform regular data entry, and communicate effectively with clients, family members, and the practice team. This role requires flexibility, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and strong prioritization skills for incoming requests.
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 for full-time Treatment Coordinators!
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient intake and schedule appointments.
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize medical terminology to assist in treatment plan discussions.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care plans.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide patients with clear information about their treatment plans and processes.
- Accurately document patient progress throughout the treatment process.
- Manage and organize all paperwork related to treatment plans and procedures.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of dental experience.
- Knowledge of ADA codes and dental insurance benefits.
- Strong communication skills (bilingual a plus).
- Dentrix experience is a plus.

**We have multiple locations across Northern Nevada, including in Reno, Carson City, and Sparks. This role requires flexibility to work across various areas within these locations. If you visit multiple practices in a single day, you will be compensated for mileage at the daily Nevada mileage rate, which will be included in your paycheck.
