Responsibilities

• Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Assist in general ledger reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Online for various accounting tasks.
• Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain organized documentation for all financial transactions and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or inquiries related to financial transactions.
• Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks efficiently.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles is required.
• Proficiency in accounting software including Quickbooks Online, Paychex is highly desirable.
• Experience with general ledger reconciliation is essential.
• Solid understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in 10 key typing for efficient data entry operations.
