What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Office Assistant/Receptionist position at Absolute Heating & Air Inc.?
Our office assistant will be responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in our office. The duties include but are not limited to answering phone calls, taking and delivering messages, data entry, sorting and sending mail, keeping an inventory of office supplies, ordering new materials as needed, maintaining files, welcoming visitors, overseeing daily deliveries and documenting receivables, scheduling service appointments, maintaining the service schedule, invoicing customers, collections, filing pre liens, registering customer warranties, track vehicle registrations, and assisting the office manager and business owner with errands etc. Must have valid drivers licence, reliable transportation, knowledge of Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office is prefered but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
