## Responsibilities
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents
- Assist with order entry and maintain inventory records
- Make deposits=

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
## Qualifications
- Previous experience with accounts payable and or receivables/book keeping preferred
- Proficient in computer applications including quickbooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
