Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Onsite everyday Monday-Friday, Granger, IN 46530
Contract Duration: 12 months (Potential for Hire)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Role Summary
The Office Administrator will provide front desk and administrative support, interacting with internal and external contacts to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, handle inquiries, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance (e.g., printers, fax machines).
- Support customer interactions, especially those related to automotive claims, with empathy and professionalism.
- Manage document handling, including filing, copying, and distributing paperwork.
- Perform routine administrative tasks like data entry, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Assist with special projects, document accuracy checks, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2-3 years of face-to-face customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathy and customer service skills to assist claimants with sensitive matters.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
