THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
- 1 years of dispatching experience (HVAC company or similar)
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute
- Take Initiative
- Calm demeanor & Deescalation Skills
- Punctuality
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
A high school diploma OR equivalent is preferred. Customer service experience would be a plus. Fluency in both English and Spanish would also be beneficial!
YOUR TYPICAL DAY:
In the morning, you'll efficiently dispatch assignments, ensuring accurate and secure handling. Your day involves direct client interactions, addressing their needs, and maintaining a calm atmosphere. In the afternoon, you'll focus on meticulous data management, inputting notes and job details into our advanced systems. SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with the potential for on-call duties.
