What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at ABSOLUTE PEST CONTROL?
Privately owned, fast growing, long standing pest control company is now hiring another administrative assistant. Excellent work environment and team driven atmosphere.
Experience requirements are listed below:
-Must be organized and pay attention to minute detail.
-At least 2 years of administrative experience.
-Must be able to type 50 words a minute
-Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, etc.
-Experience with accounting
-At least 2 years of customer service experience.
-Must produce at least 3 solid work references.
-Must consent to background check every month to allow you to submit government documentation.
-Must be able to multitask and remain focused.
-Ability to answer and operate multiple lines with great attention to customer service.
-Comfort in answering of phones in a high-call volume environment.
Job Requirements are as followed:
***Primarily responsibilities include Collections, setting up automatic appointment reminders, and scheduling appointments
-Secondary responsibilities will also include: -Sorting, scanning, and filing paperwork on a daily basis "Running” to the bank to make deposits. -Keying in completed services as well as handling large amounts of money.-Reviewing and submitting paperwork to multiple contractors.-Must be able to work closely with technicians, management, and customers alike.-Ability to complete other daily tasks as assigned by the owner and office manager.
-Customer service is the top priority for us and should be for you as well.
The following will be required when fully trained:
-Comfort with calling and scheduling appointments.
-Able to handle complaints and leads in a timely fashion.
-Thinking quickly under pressure while remaining professional.
Working hours will be from 8 AM to 5 PM with a 1 hour lunch. Candidates will need to be available on every 4th Saturday from 8 to 12.
