We are seeking to hire an experienced Admin Specialist at our local branch in Latham, NY. This position is directly responsible for Office Administration, Accounts Receivable & daily Office Operations.
Ongoing tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Daily processing and input of billing information into client accounts
- Posting payments (cash, check, credit card payments)
- Preparing deposits
- Reconciliation of cash, check, credit card payments
- Ensuring delivery of invoices, making collection calls as needed to manage accounts receivable
- Support for customer inquiries regarding their accounts & service
- Management of Accounts Receivables, aging & collections
- Implementation, training, & ongoing maintenance in our software system
- Payroll administration
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Prior admin experience at a service-oriented company
- Ability to handle at least 2 lines with high call volume
- Ability to multitask - specifically, handle phones while performing data entry
- Ability to project a professional presence
- Demonstrated leadership ability. Is willing and able to effectively manage & motivate office staff.
- Ability to develop, implement & maintain the internal processes necessary for accountability & business operations
- Ability to develop & use reports & data to support recommendations to management
- High level computing skills, MS Office, CRM, GPS, scheduling software
- Bachelor’s degree (business or accounting concentration preferred)
