Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Lead and oversee gym operations, ensuring all members enjoy a welcoming, clean, and high-energy environment.
- Member Satisfaction: Drive member satisfaction through exceptional customer service and engagement, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain gym cleanliness and organization, ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition and facilities meet high hygiene standards.
