Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior title processors with day-to-day tasks
- Perform conveyancing work and gather necessary transaction information
- Communicate with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure smooth closings
- Help maintain accurate records and support general office operations

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- A desire to learn and grow within the title industry
- Positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
