What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims Processor position at brinks?
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and verifications in PC coin and iTrack
- Data entry of pay outs and deposits to the FED system.
- Data entry – Coinstar (CIMS) verification.
- Balance satellite vaults daily
- Coin balance inquiries
- Billing
- Balance verification for customers (PC Coin against iCash)
- Coin balance reporting monthly
- Record Keeping.
- Guard liability and assets
- Monitor case and claim data for branches in your region
- Provide guidance and support to individuals in the branch responsible for case and claims responses
- Assist with proactive branch audits to ensure procedures are followed on route, in the cash room, and with end-of-day BAMS processes
- Daily communications with their branches to discuss status of cases & claims
Preferred Qualifications:
- Administrative experience handling data of a confidential or sensitive nature
- Experience processing payroll and/or accounts payable
- Basic computer skills
