Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration and be proficient in utilizing HRIS systems to manage employee data effectively.

Duties

• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
• Employee timeclock management.
• Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support succession planning initiatives by maintaining accurate records of employee evaluations and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with management to facilitate employee evaluations and feedback processes.
• Manage administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Coordinate HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist in Safety training and meetings
• Work with drivers to keep all logs and vehicle inspections up to date

Pay: $20.78 - $22.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• Proficient in benefits administration and knowledgeable about various employee benefit programs.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems is highly desirable.
