This is a full-time, direct placement role at American Restoration Professionals.
Location : Stoughton, MA
Compensation : $100,000 - $200,000 annually (dependent on experience and performance). Additional perks and benefits are negotiable based on candidate preferences and contributions. Schedule :
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (40 hours / week, 1-hour lunch break) About Us : American Restoration Professionals provides mold, fire, and water damage restoration, disaster construction, and 24 / 7 emergency services to the Eastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island areas. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Networking : Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and industry connections.
- Client Engagement : Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and field visits to establish relationships, identify client needs, and showcase solutions.
- Revenue Growth : Drive significant revenue by closing high-value deals and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Market Development : Identify new market opportunities and provide insights to shape sales strategies.

Requirements
1. Proven Sales Experience : Successful outside sales experience, preferably in restoration.
2. High Revenue Generation Track Record : Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and consistently exceed revenue targets. 3. Self-Starter : Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
4. Communication Skills : Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
5. Tools & Resources : Must have a reliable vehicle and an existing network of potential clients is a plus
6. Current book of business in the industry
