Job Summary :
JPro Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Electrical Estimator to join our growing team. The estimator will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for electrical projects, including new construction, remodels, and service work in the commercial sector. This position requires excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of electrical systems, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Assessment : Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for commercial electrical projects.
- Material and Labor Costs : Determine costs related to materials, equipment, and labor based on project requirements.
- Bid Preparation : Develop and submit competitive bids, ensuring all components of the project are accurately accounted for.
- Vendor Coordination : Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Collaboration : Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure estimates align with project goals and budgets.
- Risk Analysis : Identify potential risks in project execution and account for them in estimates.
- Market Trends : Stay informed about market conditions, including material costs and labor availability, to provide accurate and competitive estimates.
- Documentation : Maintain organized records of estimates, correspondence, and project details for reference and audit purposes.
