We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, flexible & tech savvy Human Resources Generalist to join our team. Attention to detail & the ability to multi-task is key. Primary duties include : Duties :
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain records of employee-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain & file workers compensation claims
- General timekeeping duties (correcting timesheets, entering PTO / Paid Leave)
- Assist with new employee orientations
- Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes
- Assist the HR team with various research projects and / or special projects
- Other duties as assigned needed based on the organization’s needs
