The night shift LPN will be the Charge Nurse responsible for clinical care of residents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform treatments and medication pass as ordered
- Collaborate with MD and Management team about patient concerns
- Lead CNAs for the shift to ensure work is completed
- Assist with ADL cares if necessary
- Document in accordance with regulations and standards
- Report incidents and concerns to management as necessary
Qualifications:
- Active LPN in Missouri
- Preferred experience in LTC
- Ability to oversee CNAs and guide the shift
- Time management to ensure work is completed
