We are seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team for night shifts. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring.
- Document resident care, condition changes, and progress in compliance with facility and state regulations.

- Assist with daily living activities and respond to residents' needs promptly.
