What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher-Hotel Restaurant position at AC Hotel Historic District?
Essential Functions:
- Operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
- Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitize in the dish machine.
- Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Remove all garbage.
- Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of a shift.
- Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
Supervisory Responsibility:
None
Work Environment:
Semi-professional environment; may require uniform dress.

- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
- Ability to handle high heat and moisture.
- Previous experience preferred but not necessary.
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
