Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Food & Beverage Supervisor delivers service excellence to guests and ensures they receive a courteous, professional and efficient experience. This position is responsible for overseeing the operation and staff of the Restaurant and Bar to maintain the highest level of standards.
Performance Expectations:
- Supervise food and beverage operations during assigned shift.
- Ensure physical environment and cleanliness of restaurant including tables and side stations
- Assist in maintaining a smooth-running operation and ensure team members are trained and adhere to SOP.
- Monitor food quality and service level.
- Monitor payroll and revenue.
- Provide a pleasant and efficient environment for staff and guests.
- Assist in inventory control.
- Maintain service standards.
- Cover all positions in the restaurant, and bar when necessary.
- Ensure that associates comply with tip-reporting requirements, uniform and service guidelines, and other policies and procedures.
- Report any items in need of repair.
- Follow all safety procedures while working.
