The company operates on a worldwide scale, specializing in media strategy, planning, and the execution of out-of-home advertising campaigns. Utilizing cutting-edge technology to analyze comprehensive market data, they guarantee that your message effectively targets the appropriate audience at the optimal moment.
They are seeking a Director of Sales to join their organization and build up the business in the US and Canadian markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding business operations in North America. This hire will cultivate strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for further business expansion. A key focus will be on improving profitability across managed businesses and ensuring compliance with formal processes. Providing leadership and support to the regional account team will be crucial to ensure strategic alignment and the successful achievement of objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand sales operations in the US and Canada, reporting directly to the US - Managing Director
- Drive the creation of new direct accounts in both countries
- Ensure that business goals are met in alignment with the designated budget
- Guide and support the team in commercial initiatives
- Build strong client relationships to uncover new business opportunities and drive regional growth
- Guarantee adherence to formal procedures and customer agreements
- Collaborate on commercial strategies and ensure the account team meets monthly targets
- Supervise accounts receivable and offer support when necessary
- Regularly follow up on team accounts, offering strategic assistance and addressing daily issues
- Participate in senior management meetings and collaborate with the Commercial Department as required
- Inspire, mentor, and assess team performance while identifying training needs
- Adhere to internal processes for executing campaigns and fulfilling other responsibilities
Qualifications:
- OOH and/or DOOH experience is required
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or related field; MBA a plus
- 8 years of experience
- Experience working withing a CRM
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Strong knowledge of business processes and contract management
- Strong analytical skills to assess profitability and overall business performance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Comp: $120 - $150k base Bonus and Commission
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
