F&I Manager
AC Nelsen RV is growing and we are looking to add another F&I Manager to our finance team! This position would be responsible for the entire finance and extended warranty process, which includes:
- Securing customer deposits on purchases
- Following up with customers regarding financing applications
- Completing all finance documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Marketing & selling extended warranty products to customers
- Understanding and following state regulations regarding lending
- Working as part of dealership management team to approve sale pricing while maintaining profitability of the sale
- Managing and directing finance department administrative employees
This is a salaried commissioned position with varying hours. Our management team routinely has 2 days off per week, with one being a rotating Sunday off. We offer a family-friendly environment, where your own family is also a priority!

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a F&I position
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Knowledge of federal rules and regulations in regards to lending
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to problem solve and seek solutions
- Must be able to make independent decisions which affect the company’s profitability
- Skills in operating various office equipment (computer with applicable software, adding machine, photocopy machine, telephone, fax machine, and printer)
