What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Bartender position at AC Restaurants?

JOB SUMMARY:
As an Event Bartender you must have thorough food and beverage knowledge. You must be an expert on beverage selection, preparation and service. You must be able to discern a guests taste preferences and make a personalized beverage recommendation based on the events beverage menu. You continually strive to anticipate and exceed the expectations of all guests, going out of your way to ensure a positive experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform set-up and breakdown of the bar area as instructed by the Event Manager. Provide beverage service according to the ACR standards, working in concert with the other members of the private events team. Maintain a clean bar, dining and back-of-house area. Alert Event Manager of any potential challenges to our guests experience.
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities. Thrives in a demanding, fast-pace, high-volume environment while maintaining a hospitable, positive attitude. Must be punctual, responsible, and reliable. Must be professional in decorum and appearance. 2-3 years of restaurant or catering bartending experience desired.
