For our partner, a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for an HR Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to act on their site in Munich. Work tasks
- Planing, executing, and monitoring HR projects, ensuring timely completion of milestones
- Tracking project progress and reporting on KPIs and project status to stakeholders
- Manage and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all HR project activities
We are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR coordination or project management
- Willingness to travel abroad
- Fluent in Englisch (C1)
Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
