- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in, in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information on insurance policies, coverage options, and claims procedures.
- Assist customers in reviewing their insurance needs, offering appropriate policy recommendations.
- Process new policy applications, renewals, and policy changes.
- Handle billing inquiries, payment issues, and policy updates.
- Resolve customer concerns with patience and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Spanish-speaking ability required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Typing 40 WPM
- High school diploma or equivalent; insurance certifications are a plus.
