Summary:
The Treasury Sales Analyst (TSA) is responsible for supporting the Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) and all functions related to the sales process. The TSA will work as the liaison between the Treasury Sales Officer, Treasury Support, and clients. The TSA will play a key role in client onboarding, meeting preparation, deliver, and follow-up. The TSA will partner with Credit Underwriting, Commercial Lending, Loan Operations, and Treasury Support to deliver on treasury management solutions, including thought leadership and advisory insight. The TSA will also work TSOs to develop and execute a portfolio growth strategy.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Act as primary or secondary point of contact for larger commercial clients addressing day-to-day opportunities as they arise.
- Prepare necessary Treasury Management documentation for new or modified services and obtain client signatures as appropriate or required.
- Open new accounts and services through partnership with Treasury Sales Officers, including obtaining all required documentation including due diligence and CIP information.
- Assist Treasury Sales Officer with preparation of annual treasury relationship reviews by researching current relationship, volumes, and identify opportunities for expansion/cross sell.
- Review and confirm accounts and service set-up post completion by implementation team.
- Follow-up with clients and sales officers with status updates on new product/services or modifications in process.
- Must be knowledgeable of business, cash management and treasury management products and services, and required documentation.
- Accompany the Treasury Sales Officer or Commercial lenders on client meetings as needed.

- Maintains client information in complete confidence.
- Completes other specified duties as assigned.
- Regular attendance required, working at the assigned worksite, or assigned remote location during regular business hours and/or assigned hours.
