Job Summary:
Camillo Companies is actively seeking an experienced Land Coordinator. They must be able to organize, coordinate, and support land team personnel with administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Land Acquisition & Development. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support tasks and will be able to work independently with little supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting office and field personnel alike.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Help coordinate all aspects of land development, and land/lot acquisitions and land/lot sales.
- Collect and maintains records of approval, engineering plans, and permits for sites.
- Track, process, and review contracts and keep a list of requirements and due dates to ensure projects are compliant, meet contractual obligations and are on schedule.
- Maintains departmental calendar of critical dates for land transactions and coordinate transaction tasks.
- May update budgets and project development schedules to ensure inspections, evaluations and lot closing are completed and done on time.
- Coordinate land and lot closing including, with title companies and other parties involved in the closing process to ensure all necessary documents are organized, signed and completed accurately and on time, maintain all accurate records
- Organize office operation and procedures
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor with the ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.
- Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization.
- Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary.

- Basic project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (ie. Excel and Word)
- High School Graduate, some college or 3 years relevant experience preferred
- Experience with land closing procedures.
