Provides leadership and support in developing, facilitating, and coordinating College and Career programs, to include Individual Career and Academy Plan (ICAP) Programs, Concurrent/Dual Enrollment Programs, and Postsecondary and Workforce Readiness (PWR) Programs.

- Attains proficient or higher evaluations on established Performance Standards
- Assists in compiling, maintaining, and presenting all reports, records, and other documents required by district, state and federal agencies.
- Assists students with making a smooth transition from school to competitive employment and/or post-secondary education
- Assists the Director for College and Career Services with pursuing and writing grant funding and required reports
- Assists with data collection and completion of state/federal reports
- Collaborates with counseling teams on a regular basis
- Collaborates with schools, district, and the community to enhance current practices with emphasis on post-secondary workforce readiness
- Coordinates college credit transcribing with the College and Career Services (CCS) Executive Secretary / Registrar aligned with policy
- Coordinates ongoing professional learning regarding the Concurrent Enrollment state and federal rules and regulations, as well as post-secondary and workforce opportunities for students
- Develops and implements professional learning opportunities for Academy District 20 educators related to college and career exploration
- Develops and presents college and career awareness and exploration activities in classrooms aligned with related learning activities
- Expands and evaluates programs/activities to ensure that students meaningfully engage in post-secondary workforce readiness opportunities
- Fosters collaborative relationships with schools, industry, community, the Colorado Department of Education, higher education, and major stakeholders
- Initiates, develops, and maintains effective partnerships with post-secondary institutions, other school districts, community programs, businesses, and professional associations
- Leads and coordinates college and career platform support and related professional learning
- Maintains confidentiality and adheres to regulations outlined by FERPA
- Maintains documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Markets and assists with student enrollment in related learning opportunities
- Meets regularly with post-secondary partners, parents, and students
- Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of programs
- Provides guidance and direction to schools for the expansion of students’ Individual Career and Academic Plans (ICAP) for participation in college and career programs/activities
- Provides leadership in development and implementation of a viable CCS learning program
- Provides Parent Academy opportunities
- Serves as a liaison between school staff, students, parents, community, business and industry, other school districts, and post-secondary institutions
- Supports concurrent/dual college instructors
- Supports schools in developing and implementing CCS opportunities for students that align with Learning Service’s mission and goals
- Supports students in building college and career readiness skills
- Supports, coordinates, and implements college and career readiness and courses / programs
- Works collaboratively with staff and administration to create policy and procedures for ensuring the academic quality and integrity of concurrent/dual enrollment programs

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's (Baccalaureate) degree (e.g., B.A., A.B., B.S.)
Required one of these three licenses:
- Special Services Provider License: Initial - Colorado Department of Education or
- Teacher License: Initial - Colorado Department of Education or
- CTE Authorization: Initial – Colorado Department of Education
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (e.g., M.A., M.S., M.Eng, M.Ed, M.S.W., M.B.A., M.L.S.)
- Teacher License: Initial - Colorado Department of Education
- Principal License: Initial - Colorado Department of Education
- Experience Working with Students and Adults Focused on Post-Secondary and Workforce Readiness
Compensation Range:
$76,650-$86,650
