French Teacher - 2025-2026

Job Description: French Teacher

POSITION DESCRIPTION: ACE is seeking a certified French teacher, grades 6-12, for the 2025-2026 school year.

Responsibilities:

1. Teacher must create and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in specific subject areas reflecting the Georgia Standards of Excellence specifically related to French and the culture of the French people.
2. Teacher must be able to develop lessons that incorporate higher order thinking skills and the ability to quantitatively analyze scientific information.
3. Teacher must maintain a safe, orderly, organized classroom where teaching and learning is a priority.
4. Teacher must implement and support school-wide policies.
5. Teacher must communicate routinely with students, parents, colleagues and administrators and establish open lines of communications with all.
6. Teacher must willingly take part in duty assignments as assigned by the administration.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in French.
• Certificate or License Required: Valid Georgia professional teaching certificate in the assigned teaching field.

• Excited about teaching!
