What You'll Do:
- You are the face of our school. This is a big and exciting responsibility!
- Juggle appointments, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. This is a very fast-paced position.
- Handle unexpected situations with grace and quick thinking - we love a problem-solving superstar!
- Keep our reception area clean and organized
- Ensure every client leaves feeling pampered and delighted
- Promote Google reviews and our school's social media at checkout
- Become an expert in our services and products so that you can easily suggest the appropriate products and services to our guests
- Open/close the cash register and make bank runs

Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Punctual.
- Professional appearance and attitude
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- Exceptional communication skills and a knack for making people feel special
- Quick thinking and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Previous salon or customer service experience is a plus
- Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
