What You'll Do:

Recruit, train, and engage volunteers to support our life-changing programs.

Create exciting events to recognize and celebrate volunteers.

Manage volunteer outreach, communications, and social media.

Track impact and continuously enhance the volunteer experience.
What We're Looking For:

A people person with exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Experience in volunteer management, nonprofit work, or event coordination (3 years preferred).

Strong writing, presentation, and customer service skills.

Tech-savviness with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (Canva is a plus).

Ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, and work both independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least three (3) years of professional experience in an office setting, preferably in nonprofit development, fundraising, or communications.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
