What You'll Do:

• Recruit, train, and engage volunteers to support our life-changing programs.

• Create exciting events to recognize and celebrate volunteers.

• Manage volunteer outreach, communications, and social media.

• Track impact and continuously enhance the volunteer experience.

What We're Looking For:

• A people person with exceptional communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in volunteer management, nonprofit work, or event coordination (3 years preferred).

• Strong writing, presentation, and customer service skills.

• Tech-savviness with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (Canva is a plus).

• Ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, and work both independently and collaboratively.

  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least three (3) years of professional experience in an office setting, preferably in nonprofit development, fundraising, or communications.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
