Education :
- A bachelor's degree (accredited) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a similar field of study, or equivalent years of related work experience in lieu of a degree is required.
Work Experiences :
10 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources with progressively responsible management roles5 years leading teamsExperience in the retail sector with multi-unit experience, preferredSHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification, preferredWorkday experience, preferredExperience with multi-state responsibilities, preferredExperience in fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environmentsSkills :
