Job Description : Education :
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required
- SHRM or other HR certification preferred
Work Experiences :
At least three years of HRBP or HR Generalist experienceAdvanced knowledge and application of Human Resources principles, practices and employment lawDemonstrated experience in coaching leaders on driving performance and developmentHuman Resources experience in a retail and multi-unit environment preferredSkills :
