What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Document Specialist Part-Time position at Acadia Behavioral Health (Pioneer Behavioral Health)?

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Review patient records daily for completeness and to meet regulatory standards.
- Perform data analysis to meet specific requirements by various payers and regulatory bodies.
- Collect and present data in a useful format to drive facility performance improvement initiatives.
- Participate in projects and provide support in meeting routine regulatory goals.
- Assist the department director in routine departmental assignments and assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- CPI and CPR certification (training offered on site)
- Ability to work independently
- 1 year administrative experience
- Ability to work with male and female adult (18 ) patients with chemical dependency and mental health disorders
- Teamwork and excellent customer service
PREFERRED:
- Bachelor's degree in health services preferred
- 1 year administrative experience in a healthcare office
