Overview
Sierra Tucson, a world renowned residential treatment center, is seeking an Integrative Scheduling Coordinator to work at our beautiful campus, located at 39580 S Lago del Oro Parkway, Tucson AZ.
Schedule is: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 30 Hours a week
This is a Part time position with benefits. The position includes scheduling integrative services. The Integrative scheduling position requires excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast pace environment while being detailed. Experience in word processing, Excel, other database program experience is necessary, use communication through email and text messaging. Advanced training and experience as a massage therapist preferred.

OVERVIEW/SUMMARY OF POSITION:
- Will be responsible for coordinating and inputting the schedules of Integrative Services providers including first appointments and follow ups.
- Will coordinate with Care Planning Department to ensure coordinated efforts prioritizing resident schedules.
- Work closely with medical staff to ensure that integrative services scheduled in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain detailed list of available therapists and their approved services.
- Documents patient care services by charting in a timely manner.
- Schedulers will maintain excellent customer service with all departments and patients and facilitate clear communication among patients, providers and medical staff as it relates to schedules.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or G.E.
- Knowledge of integrative modalities, medical or spa services preferred
- Word Processing, Excel, other database program experience necessary
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solver
- Ability to work alone as well as within a team necessary
- Strong attention to detail required
