We thrive on data-driven strategies, cutting-edge creative, and a passion for e-commerce success. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Retail Creative Strategist Lead to help take our retail creative services to the next level.
Who You Are:
- Experienced creative strategist with a strong background in e-commerce, especially within Amazon.
- Expert in optimizing creative for Amazon placements (PDP thumbnails, infographics, A content, sponsored brand placements, storefront, brand story).
- Strong client presentation skills.
- Data-driven and able to build strategies based on insights.
- Graphic design experience is a plus.
- Experience working on other retail platforms like Walmart or Target is a bonus.
- Collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Curious about trends, especially how AI will impact retail media and creative.
- Agency experience preferred.
What You Do:
As the Retail Creative Strategist Lead, you will:
- Collaborate with retail marketplaces team members & creative strategists to build and optimize creative strategies for clients, focusing on Amazon but potentially extending to platforms like Walmart and Target.
- Design data-driven creative strategies that maximize impact across Amazon’s touchpoints, including infographics, A content, video, brand story, and more.
- Present strategies to clients with confidence, ensuring clear communication and strong buy-in.
- Identify creative gaps and drive testing strategies using data insights.
- Work with the studio team to plan Amazon-specific photo and video shoots, ensuring assets are attention-grabbing and follow platform best practices.
- Oversee all retail creative projects, managing a small team, and working closely with project managers, designers, and copywriters to bring your vision to life.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, including developments in AI and how they might influence retail media and creative strategy.
- Support the sales team by developing retail-specific creative projects that meet client needs.
