You will be responsible for showcasing and selling our exquisite collection of fine jewelry to discerning clientele, offering personalized service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide personalized, attentive service to each client, identifying their needs and preferences to recommend the perfect jewelry pieces.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s jewelry collections, materials, craftsmanship, and trends to effectively communicate the value of our products.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive client outreach, upselling, and closing sales while maintaining a focus on quality service.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with high-end clientele, providing exceptional post-purchase service and creating repeat customers.
- Store Presentation: Ensure the store remains visually appealing, with jewelry displays maintained to the highest standards and a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the brand with professionalism and a strong commitment to upholding its prestigious image and values.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow sales professionals and management to meet store goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, ideally in high-end jewelry or similar luxury products.
