We are seeking a self motivated, energetic and experienced Sales Professional to join our exclusive team. This position is in a high-end jewelry store located in Bar Harbor, Maine. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for luxury goods, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to provide a world-class customer experience. You will be responsible for showcasing and selling our exquisite collection of fine jewelry to discerning clientele, offering personalized service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide personalized, attentive service to each client, identifying their needs and preferences to recommend the perfect jewelry pieces.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s jewelry collections, materials, craftsmanship, and trends to effectively communicate the value of our products.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive client outreach, upselling, and closing sales while maintaining a focus on quality service.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with high-end clientele, providing exceptional post-purchase service and creating repeat customers.
  • Store Presentation: Ensure the store remains visually appealing, with jewelry displays maintained to the highest standards and a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the brand with professionalism and a strong commitment to upholding its prestigious image and values.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow sales professionals and management to meet store goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales, ideally in high-end jewelry or similar luxury products.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse, international clientele.
  • Strong sales track record with a focus on exceeding targets in a high-volume environment.
  • Knowledgeable about fine jewelry, gemstones, and luxury products, with an ability to communicate their value effectively.
  • A passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends within the luxury sector.
  • Highly motivated, professional, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, due to the international clientele.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons.
