We leverage decades of experience to deliver contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, and workforce services worldwide.Required Skills / Qualifications : -High School Diploma or GED.-Minimum of 4 years experience interpreting electrical engineering drawings, component installation, and wire termination lists.-Minimum of 4 years experience in standard electrical termination processes and tooling (DMC, TE).-Minimum of 4 years of Aircraft Electrical and Avionics experience.-Minimum of 4 years of 145 Repair Station Experience.Preferred Skills / Qualifications : -Associate Degree.-Power-point skills.-Familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word.-Able to assist in post-installation operational checks of all installed and disturbed systems.-Willing to learn the proper techniques in troubleshooting systems.-Able to support the aircraft in the field while away from their home station.
