Job Summary
We are seeking a proficient support individual contributor for Aircraft Electrical and Avionics systems. This role involves working under limited supervision while assisting with the installation, termination, troubleshooting, and operational checks of electrical systems on aircraft. The ideal candidate will have experience in the aviation industry and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in interpreting electrical engineering drawings, component installation, and wire termination lists.
- Support the electrical termination processes and tooling (e.g., DMC, TE).
- Assist in the operational checks of installed and disturbed systems.
- Learn and apply proper techniques for troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Provide support in the field when aircraft are away from the home station.
- Work flexible hours or shifts as necessary to meet company objectives.
- Ensure high standards of craftsmanship in all tasks.
- Work well with other team members and adhere to company guidelines and policies.
- Display a dependable work ethic and contribute positively to team operations.
