Acara Solutions is seeking a Customer Program Management (Admin) to work with our client in Sauk Rapids, MN.Pay : $43 - $58 / hour (Depending on experience)Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am-5pmLocation : 100% OnsiteJob DescriptionGenerates, distributes, and tracks project commitments (both subcontracts and purchase orders) with appropriate vendorsGenerates, distributes, and tracks change orders to subcontractors based upon information received and approved by project manager(s)Assisting with generating punch lists, site observations, and other misc. project documentation and tracking their progress and completionAssisting with generating and reviewing daily reports, editing, and distributing as directed by project manager(s)Working with project management and field staff to provide accurate information to complete various reports and compose original correspondenceAttends project management meetings (both in office and in the field) on as needed basis, taking meeting notes, preparing, and distributing meeting minutes as directed by project manager(s).Assisting in procuring various supplies / materials as directed by project manager(s).Assisting in ensuring that the parts is being built to the most up to date drawings, specs., addendum, standards, Desired Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong computer skills including proficiency using Excel and Word; project management (Procore, Sage, Bluebeam, etc.) and scheduling (MS Project) software knowledge helpfulExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors and office , propose reasonable solutions, make logical decisions and carry-out decisions Desired Education4 year Business degree or equivalent experience Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
