We leverage decades of experience to deliver contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, and workforce services worldwide.Required Skills : -High School Diploma or GED.-Minimum 2 years of experience with electronics repair and maintenance.-Minimum 2 years of experience reworking BGA components, including disordering and soldering.-Minimum 2 years of experience in hand and machine soldering techniques.-Minimum 2 years of experience with leaded and lead-free soldering processes.-Minimum 2 years of experience operating BGA rework stations (, using hot air).-Minimum 2 years of experience with temperature profiling and managing reflow cycles.-Minimum 2 years of experience with X-ray inspection of BGAs to check for hidden solder joint defects.-Minimum 2 years of experience with various PCB materials, components, and their characteristics.-Minimum 2 years of experience working with SMT components, in addition to BGA rework.-Minimum 2 years of experience handling ESD-sensitive components and using anti-static equipment.-Minimum 2 years of experience documenting work, including repair logs, and following quality control procedures.-Minimum 2 years of experience with thermal profiling tools to ensure proper heat distribution during rework.-Minimum 2 years of experience handling ESD-sensitive components and using anti-static equipment.Preferred Skills : -Good attention to detail-Problem-solving abilities-Understanding of relevant industry standards, such as IPC-A-610, IPC-7711 / 21 (rework and repair), and others.-Skilled in visual inspection of BGA solder joints using magnification tools (microscopes, x-ray equipment).-Must speak, read, and write English fluently.
