Financial Controller

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial report writing
• Oversee payroll, accounts receivable, and cash management functions
• Ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
• Conduct general ledger accounting and maintain accurate financial records
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
• Supervise accounting staff and coordinate audits with public accounting firms

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• Proven experience in financial management, accounting software proficiency
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial regulations
• Previous experience in public accounting is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
