Here's what you'd do : -The client division is looking for a technically minded, detail-oriented, and improvement-focused Instructional Designer to join our Technical Publications and Multimedia Training Development teams.-The Instructional Designer will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to analyze, design, and develop content for internal and external technical training programs.-Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, factory employees, multimedia, trainers, subject matter experts, and other departments to create training content to meet customer needs-Design learning experiences with multiple delivery modes (such as in-person classroom enviorments, virtual classrooms, and eLearning)-Write instructional text and instructor notes-Develop training courseware, performance support tools, and technical job aides-Analyze and incorporate feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously improve trainings-Participate in multiple projects simultaneously-Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as ITAR, EAR, and CUI, when applicable-Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in Instructional Design and Learning and Development .
