Acara Solutions is hosting a HIRING EVENT seeking Machinist for our client located in Sauk Rapids, MNRate : $15.77 - $32.02Hours : TBDEssential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be , lathe and / or router to machine flat and formed parts to inch and metric specificationsRead and interpret engineering drawingsEvaluate and justify new tooling and machining processesWork from schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications to identify deviations that can potentially interrupt productivityMaintain logs and other necessary documentsDetermine sequence of operations when necessaryPerform first article of inspection when necessaryAssist others with machining problemsWork independently with moderate supervisionRequired Skills / Qualifications : - 3 years manufacturing or machinist experience- , or any combination of education and experience Desired Education, Certifications and Experience - Ability to handle fragile products, perform repetitive tasks and demonstrate safety awareness - Visual acuity and manual dexterity - Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
