Here's what you'd do:
- As the Senior Salesperson, he will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Embedded services business by identifying new business opportunities, providing the right solutions, building solid relationships with key clients, and providing strategic leadership to the business units.
- With his extensive industry knowledge and proven track record, he will contribute to expanding our market presence and achieving revenue targets as we strengthen our position in the semiconductor engineering services and solutions space.
- Business Development identifies and targets potential clients in the semiconductor and electronics industry.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand the client base and market share for client Embedded services.
- Client Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions that meet client expectations.
- Market Analysis Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics within the semiconductor and Embedded domain.
- Translate market insights into actionable strategies to maintain client competitive edge.
- Strategic Planning contributes to developing sales forecasts, budgets, and plans. Collaborate with senior management to define sales targets, performance metrics, and growth initiatives.
- Negotiations and Proposals lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client requirements and highlight client value propositions.
- Networking and Industry Events we represent client semiconductors at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to showcase our capabilities, establish thought leadership, and expand the company's professional network.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business.
- Minimum of 15 years experience in Sales and Marketing in the Semiconductor Manufacturing industry.
- Master's Degree.
