Acara Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our client located in Prescott AZ on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity Key Responsibilities : -Develop technical program plans, system requirements, and system integration-Perform system analysis at all levels (concept, design, test, operation, etc.)-Translate customer requirements into hardware or software specifications-Manage project timelines, costs, and risks-Interface with factory and coordinate with internal / external teams-Conduct technical exchanges (system requirements, technical drawings, etc.)-Participate in project meetings and presentations-Ensure compliance with company policies and standards-Identify and implement improvements based on engineering principlesRequired Skills / Qualifications : -2 yrs. minimum experience as a Systems Engineer within system integration, technical planning, and requirements analysis -Bachelors DegreePreferred Skills / Qualifications : -Knowledge of system design, testing, operation, and maintenance processes-Proficient in performing functional analysis, trade studies, and safety analysis-Strong understanding of hardware and software specification translation-Ability to manage project timelines, risks, and costs-Experience with technical documentation, drawings, and project coordinationAleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
