Acara Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our client located in Prescott AZ on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop technical program plans, system requirements, and system integration
- Perform system analysis at all levels (concept, design, test, operation, etc.)
- Translate customer requirements into hardware or software specifications
- Manage project timelines, costs, and risks
- Interface with factory and coordinate with internal/external teams
- Conduct technical exchanges (system requirements, technical drawings, etc.)
- Participate in project meetings and presentations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Identify and implement improvements based on engineering principles
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- 2 yrs. minimum experience as a Systems Engineer within system integration, technical planning, and requirements analysis
- Bachelors Degree
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Knowledge of system design, testing, operation, and maintenance processes
- Proficient in performing functional analysis, trade studies, and safety analysis
- Strong understanding of hardware and software specification translation
- Ability to manage project timelines, risks, and costs
- Experience with technical documentation, drawings, and project coordination
