What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales and Business Support Specialist position at ACC Aviation?
ACC is rapidly expanding in the USA and seeks a Sales and Business Support Specialist to enhance our sales operations. This role requires sales administration experience, strong communication skills, and keen attention to detail. Youll work closely with our sales team and SVP Finance, supporting business processes and ensuring seamless operations.
Given the nature of this role, it is based in our Fort Lauderdale office with around 60% of the work hours office based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales administration, including customer/vendor checks, booking support, invoicing, and ERP system updates.
- Assist with client and supplierinteractions related to charter flights and post-contract services.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflows.
- Act as theUS Superuserfor ERP/CRM systems and support onboarding of new team members.
- Manage office facilities, coordinate travel/events, and provide ad-hoc business support.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Sales support or customer service experience (aviation/travel industry preferred).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure with a flexible,"can-do" attitude.
